Parent Payments

Parent payments consist of curriculum contributions, other contributions and extra-curricular items and activities.   School council is responsible for developing and approving parent payments in line with the Department’s policy.

There are three areas for which parents may reasonably be requested to make a payment or contribution:

Curriculum Contributions which include items and activities that students use, or participate in, to access the Curriculum;

Other Contributions which are non-curriculum items and activities to support the daily operation and objectives of Berwick Chase Primary School;

Extra-Curricular which include a range of items and activities that enhance or broaden the schooling experience of students and are above and beyond what the school provides in order to deliver the curriculum.  These are provided on a user-pays basis.
