Mathematics websites for home use

helping childThe best way to help your child in Mathematics at home is to develop their understanding of how Maths can be applied to everyday life and therefore how to solve problems in context (please see Maths at home for further information).

Sometimes children love to utilise technology though, so here are some websites that will encourage learning! It is a great idea to talk through the activity/website with your child before they begin and, if possible, sit with them to support them to ensure they are using efficient mental strategies and understanding the purpose behind the activity.
