Berwick Chase Primary School is a proud participating school of the Family Funded Program offered by Apple that provides instore, telesales and online purchasing with pricing only available for parents and teachers at Berwick Chase Primary School. In addition, parents can feel confident in their purchase through a unique Personal Setup designed around explaining parental controls, privacy and learning to be able to support their child using a digital platform.

Please note that only iPads are suitable for the iPad Program (other products available such as MacBooks, iMacs and iPhones can be purchased by families but are for home use ONLY). This custom page offers all the same great features of the regular Apple Online Store, like free delivery and engraving on the back of the iPad. You can also visit your local Apple Store (Fountain Gate), or call 133-622 to purchase through the Apple Contact Centre.
Apple offers special iPad pricing for students attending our school as well as a reduced price on AppleCare+ and accessories. If you are purchasing in-store or over the phone, be sure to let the specialist know our school’s name to obtain the discount!
Finance options are also available for purchases if you are purchasing at an Apple Store or online via the school website.
Learning and Support
If you’re not particularly tech savvy, Apple Specialists are on hand to help you and your child get to know their new Apple device, and with Personal Setup they can help you to get your child’s iPad up and running before you leave the store.
You can also take advantage of the daily in-store workshops available or attend one of the Apple Camps or Field Trip Events. Visit www.apple.com/au/retail/ to find more information regarding these programs.
Apple value parents’ time, and they’re there to help with everything related to your new Apple purchase. Parents can get support by phone, email or online chat, or they can set up a repair or Genius Bar reservation at getsupport.apple.com.
Warranty and Insurance
Most Apple hardware comes with a one-year limited warranty covering any manufacturer problems and up to 90 days of complimentary telephone technical support. AppleCare+ for iPad costs $84.70 and provides up to two years of device support, including repair or replacement coverage on your iPad, battery, AirPort, USB cable and power adapter. It also covers two accidental breakages, each subject to an excess payment of $65. Berwick Chase Primary School highly encourages families to purchase AppleCare+ if purchasing a new iPad through Apple.
